OK, so Story Coffee Co. is not technically a restaurant…but we had to include it! This cute coffee shop is located in a tiny house at the edge of Acacia Park in downtown Colorado Springs. Not only is their shop adorable and charming, but it also is the perfect place to have a morning date or after-dinner coffee. Save room for a locally-made pastry or pop tart, too!
