Rocky Mountain Food Tours

If requested 48+ hours from your tour’s start time, you may transfer your booking to a future available date or receive a gift card in the full amount paid at no cost. Refunds will incur a $25 per ticket cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours, no refund, gift card or date transfer will be given.

For private tours booked through our public calendar (including the “2.5-Hour Downtown Brewery & Bites Tour” and “1-Hour Coffee & Culture Art Walk”), you may transfer your tour to a future available date at no cost if requested 48+ hours in advance of your tour’s start time. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you pay the deposit at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 48 hours in advance of your tour’s start time.

Should RMFT cancel due to weather; state, city or county mandates or restrictions; health concerns or other unforeseen circumstances, including not meeting the minimum number of guests to run a tour, guests will be notified immediately and offered a full refund back to their method of payment.

Private tours, unless originating as a public tour, have a separate cancellation policy detailed on your contract.
