Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of the tour start time will result in a complimentary date transfer or the original payment amount being added to a gift card for future use. Gift cards never expire, can be applied to any future public tour, and are transferrable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Should you decide to purchase the $5 insurance per ticket, your amount paid can be refunded directly back to your method of payment (less the cost of the insurance).
If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour, no matter if you have insurance not, your ticket will be forfeited, and you will be considered a no-show.
If we need to cancel due to weather, state, city or county mandates or restrictions, health concerns related to the ongoing pandemic, or other unforeseen circumstances, including not meeting the minimum number of guests to run a tour, guests will be notified immediately and issued a gift card in the amount they paid. The only exception will be made for guests who purchase the $5 insurance per ticket.
