If you have been affected by COVID-19 and are unable to attend your tour, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will happily transfer your paid amount to a gift card.
We have added a new ticket insurance for only $5 that will allow you to get a full cash refund less fees and the cost of the insurance up to 24 hours in advance of your event. This is purchased for each individual ticket through our website during the ticketing process.
If you are unable to make your tour and did not purchase ticket insurance, we will gladly transfer your full amount paid to a gift card which will never expire if you make your request outside of 24 hours from your tour. If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour, no matter if you have insurance not, your ticket will be forfeited and you will be considered a no-show.
Private Tours: Private tours, unless originating as a public tour, have a separate cancellation policy detailed on your contract.
If We Need to Cancel: Should we need to cancel tours due to state, city or county mandates or restrictions, or other unforeseen health concerns related to the ongoing pandemic, guests will be notified immediately and issued a gift card in the amount they paid. The only exception will be made for guests who purchase the $5 insurance per ticket, which will allow guests to receive a cash refund less ticketing fees and the cost of the insurance.
