Do you offer refunds?

Can’t make it anymore? No worries! We are happy to transfer your tickets to a future available tour or offer you a gift card in the full amount of your tickets including fees up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled tour. If you would prefer to receive a cash refund, a $15 per person fee applies. Please note that purchases made using a gift card or voucher from a third-party vendor (ex: VEBO) are ineligible for cash refunds, and refunds must be made via gift card or date transfer. Any cancellations within 48 of the scheduled tour will be considered a “no-show,” and are therefore ineligible for a refund or date transfer.

Private Tours

Private tours, unless originating as a public tour, have a separate cancellation policy detailed on your contract.

If We Need to Cancel

Should we need to cancel the tour due to inclement weather or insufficient ticket sales, you will be offered your choice of a full cash refund (no fee), gift card, or date transfer.
