If you applied ticket insurance at the time of booking, you may request a refund, date transfer or gift card in the amount paid less the cost of the insurance if requested 24+ hours from your tour’s start time. Ticket insurance may not be applied retroactively. If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund or date transfer will be given.
Should RMFT cancel due to weather, state, city or county mandates or restrictions, health concerns related to the ongoing pandemic, or other unforeseen circumstances, including not meeting the minimum number of guests to run a tour, guests will be notified immediately and offered a full refund.
Private tours, unless originating as a public tour, have a separate cancellation policy detailed on your contract.
