Eligibility*
- I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. citizen.
RMFT is an equal opportunity employer. All Tour Leaders are regular par-time employees (W-2). Pay is minimum wage plus gratuities (most Tour Leaders make $25-50/hour on average). Payroll is cut once a month on the 3rd of the month. Thorough training program in place. Guides participate in an employee reward program to earn cash.
