In addition to our normal Saturday and Sunday food tours in Downtown Colorado Springs, we are adding a limited number of tours on Friday starting August 18!
This menu is delicious! As we walk through downtown Colorado Springs, you’ll experience food and drink from the following all-star destinations:
1. Jack Quinn’s – Enjoy pretzel and Guinness sausage kabobs with spicy beer mustard and Irish nachos (potato chips topped with shredded corned beef, diced Yukon Gold potatoes, cheddar cheese, and green onions) at this popular local watering hole adorned with traditional Irish memorabilia.
Alcohol Pairing: Colorado Brewed Dry Dock Apricot Blonde
2. Bonny and Read – Infamous female pirates who pillaged the Caribbean in the 18th century inspired this new fresh seafood restaurant. Savor rich and creamy lobster chowder topped with bacon crumble and chive oil. We’ll also try their scallop and shrimp ceviche served with homemade chips.
Alcohol Pairing: “Scallawag” Cocktail made with Colorado Vodka and Fresh Blood Orange
3. Four by Brother Luck – Experience the southwestern flavors of the four corners of the U.S. with with the house specialty, Jalapeño Poppers made with cumin and pickled onions, served alongside bacon fat popcorn. Chef Brother Luck has appeared on both Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay (which he won!).
Alcohol Pairing: Jalisco cocktail made with Casa Amigos Blanco, basil cucumber agave nectar, lemon, and orange
4. Odyssey Gastropub – The chefs at Odyssey Gastropub put spins on the classic, making them ever-so-tasty. We will try their version of chicken and waffles – a charred corn waffle, boneless fried chicken breast served with guajillo butter, smoked maple syrup and fresh berries.
Alcohol Pairing: Left Hand Introvert Session IPA
5. Cacao Chemistry – Cacao Chemistry imports their ingredients from France in order to create decadent and visually stunning truffles, chocolate bars, and French macarons. We will explore the variations of chocolate with a methodical tasting that will be a structure similar to a wine tasting. 10% Discount available for those with a sweet tooth in our group!
We’re excited to have you join us for our limited time Delicious Downtown Food Tour on Friday afternoons!
